If you read this article: Stereophile Guide to Home Theater - about M. Cuban HDNET and HD Movies it says:

Since the article was written and released today, is it simply bad grammar? HDNET is available on DirecTV, but HDNET Movies is NOT. My vote is for bad grammar.

Magazine's usually writes their articles a couple of months ahead of being released and I think that a lot of people thought a few months ago that we would have HDNet Movies by now.
