Does anyone know how to reach Steve Martin in Plano, TX? I have visited his website, left a VM over the holidays and sent an email to him (via his website) a week or two ago.


So far, no response.


I'm assuming he is still in business but maybe not. Can anyone tell me for sure? I am looking for a QUALITY calibration to be done for my Mitsibushi DLP TV.


If Steve is not available, does anyone know of anyone else in the Plano/Dallas TX area that could schedule with me in the relatively near future.


I'd like to get this done before "Lost" starts back up!!

he is top notch..he is the reason a few years back I got mine calibrated..My buddy had his done on one of his tours through Chicago..he is also known as Cheezmo around here..

Steve answers email quickly. He calibrated my Mits WS-73615 last friday and I could not be happier.


Steve's price was great, on-time and stayed for almost 5 hours. After he had set everything right he then went threw my 3 HD sources making changes to get the best picture.


IMHO Steve enjoys calibrating HDTVs but has his priorities right putting his family first and kids in sports so he may be tied up.


Suggest sending him an email instead of calling. I had to leave 2 messages before getting a call back but he always responds to emails quickly.


I would not recommed anyone local over Steve.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I did send an email a week or 10 days ago. I understand other priorities outside of work as well. However, my time is getting close so I need him to respond fairly quickly as I expect he may be booked up for a few days. That's why I left him a VM through the holidays that he could expect me to contact him in January.


I will send him another email tonight to see if I can get a response. Otherwise, I may have to go another direction.


Not my first choice but really, how long should I wait?
