I don't know if your using an IR repeater system, but I recall having a problem with a Xantech IR receiver that was designed to be immune from flourescent lighting interference. Unfortunately, it was also immune to infrared commands that controlled a Panasonic HD receiver and Radio Shack antenna switcher. It turned out that the IR receiver had a narrow bandwidth. Replacing the IR receiver with a standard unit resolved the issue.

Stewart Screen IR Control Problem
Have a new Stewart screen with side masking and IR control. The IR remote supplied by Stewart has no problem operating the masking. But our Xantech remotes and DragonDrop software doesn't seem to work when learning the IR codes.
Never had this happen on any other remotes or components. Has anyone heard of this problem with Stewart IR control before???
