I was recently abroad and found bulbs for my projector (Mits HD1000U) at about half the price I usually find them locally, so I purchased 2.


What the optimal way to store them so that they dont die or degrade before I get to even use them?


I would assume the least amount possible of temperature changes but what else? Is it better hot or cold? In a humid environment or as dry as possible?

There's nothing to degrade. Just keep them indoors and don't drop them.
