Hello, I have a strange problem with my sony receiver in my bed room. If i turn my tv on, the receiver would not respond to the remote. I tried changing the av1 and av2 and it wouldn't work. if the tv is off, the receiver responds to the remote fine. I could not figure out what is wrong. Here is the model number of the tv and receiver.

Move your receiver further away form the TV. TVs give of radiation and it is overdriving the IR sensor in your SONY
