Well the capabilities of the ps3 are now even more useful to me. Using Nero Media Home just about any video file can be transcoded from a pc and streamed to the ps3. Check this link for details. I've tried this and it works very well over my network.

I'll have to try this. TVersity's transcoding isn't working to well for me right now.

What a coincidence: I purchased Nero 7 Reloaded some weeks ago. Lucky me

Okay...Nero does indeed work with Xvids (kick ass!). However, quicktime is not supported?

Does it need to transcode it?


I have a decent PC but I know running Tversity on my 360...I cannot get that great of resolution when transcoding files.
