If combos are such a GREAT idea and value for consumers that MIGHT upgrade to HD-DVD someday why not force your normal DVD customers to buy combo's also? why release a DVD & a DVD/HD-DVD combo? would be cheaper to just release 1 combo disk for all...why wont they do this because the normal consumer would go APE $hit. But who cares about our early adopters of HD-DVD that are trying to sell your format for them them in this format war F them!

This is all about cash, they know we will be "forced" to buy it and they will cash in on this.

Why would a studio be foolish enough sabotage thier sales in the lucrative DVD market?

Remember even if an HD DVD title has a 100% attach rate (virtually impossible)....that means that every single person on earth who owns an HD DVD player buys the disk, this would only come out to about 300,000 sales.

This is an absolutely tiny segment in comparison to DVD owners.
