Stumbling Sober's Home Theater Construction

...or so I thought. Guess I have to submit 5 posts before I can embed images. I guess you're stuck with clicking on attachments for the time being. I'll go back and correct these once I have privileges.


This was the original plan. The bar. A place to store the growing number of bottles of miscellaneous alcohold that cluttered my pantry.

Then bar got bigger...

That is a nice bar for a house

...and here we are today. Notice that I have replaced the previous torch lamps with ones that provide a litle more light control (low wattage CFL's allowed me to add a foam board insert in the shade to prevent light from shining up). The window has been covered as well to prevent light from hitting the screen wall. All-in-all, I like the results, but still long for the day to build a dedicated theater. That day is fast approaching!
