I just got some focal 707's and they are great, beautiful mids and highs but lack in the bass department. I have a cheap 100 dollar sub and it just isnt cutting it. What is a good sub to go with the focals? Id like to stay below 400 would prefer the 300 range if possible.


I have heard great stuff about the HSU STF-2 would that be a good sub with the 707's or overkill?


Thanks for any help and I have done a lot of searching, just wondering what would be best for the focals.

I bought my parents a Focal JMLab SW300 which is quite nice.
