Substitute for FCC circle plot routine?

Anyone here know of a alternate online circle plotting routine that works similar to the currently disabled FCC circle plot routine?

I found a way to use the Google map system implemented by recnet.com to generate my own maps, but it doesn't work for AM, only FM, TV, and DT.
