I read an article that mentioned the sweet spot was 30-60Hz.

Darpa did research on this a couple years ago, but there have been experiments on this for a lot longer.

I wonder how it works.

I'd have guessed that it would increase the blaze by mixing more air in.

From the video it almost looks like the flame went out because the fuel was used up.

So is it just really air pumping and blowing the fire out? It looked like he had to get it pretty close
