Thanks to the people for helping me in my other questions, but I think a 42" would be good for my room. I want to be able to play my 360 and watch movies. I would like the price to be at around $1000. Open to all suggestion though. Thanks.

I just recently acquired a Toshiba Regza 42HL67 LCD as a gift. I believe it is right around your price range. I use it for Xbox360, PS3, Blu-ray, and SDTV. So far I am very happy with it, the picture is very nice and the screen doesn't have that high gloss reflection. My cons so far are no PIP, and there doesn't seem to be a clock, oddly enough. It's a native 720p TV that accepts 1080p signals. I've heard that you don't need 1080p for a TV under 50", you just won't see the difference. Just my two cents.

vizio, toshiba & or Sony are great quality..

If you wanted pip in LCD so badly, then buy vizio from costco or Sam's club.

Good luck with your decisions.

Can't complain about Samsung, either, pretty much the best bang for the buck at this point.
