Beautiful, I was just going to get back in contact with you about some chairs as the completion date of the basement is slowly coming into view.

Just a refresher (and for anyone else out there that is bound to wonder) could you give a rundown on the differences (and your personal opinion) between "Bonded lv combo" and "lv combo?"

Thanks!

Suntan,

The bonded leather is a new material (I am talking about the latest generation of it) that is made of leather ground and meshed together with some synthetic components and then stretched into a new cover. The result is really amazing. The cover looks and feels like buttery soft almost lamb skin leather. It is also non-scratchable and because of added synthetic components could hold up quite better than leather (although only time will tell). I actually tried to scratch it with a key, and I could not even leave a mark on it.

So far we have sold quite a few recliners in this cover, and I have not heard any negative comments back. The feedback is actually quite positive.

Now, please understand, this is my opinion only and should be taken as an opinion and nothing else. I do believe that for many people who are trying to find none expensive solution, especially in today's difficult economic conditions, this is a great alternative to leather. It looks and feels great, it is scratch resistable and it is less expensive...

Hi Roman, we're enjoying the Main Streets we got from you earlier in the year. We're moving though and wanted to add a second row of seating. Can you suggest a line that is similar in look to the Main Street line, perhaps a little more firm cushioning though? I'd need 4 in curved configuration.

Thanks!
Suepafly,

Why don't you add another row of Private Collection Seating? I personally do not like to mix and match, especially with the chairs from different manufacturers, but if you must the chairs that will look similarly would be probably Berkline 45187, 45094 and 12003s, but they all will be softer and cushier than the PCS 3013 - Main Street.
Roman,

I rec'd my 4 Berklines today and I'm very happy with the quality of the chairs. Good delivery service and the chairs are even more comfortable from what I remembered from the warehouse demo.

Thanks again!

Hmm, I guess it was just laziness... I was wary of building a riser for the second row with enough sound insulation for another set of the private collection seating with buttkickers.
Richard,

I am glad you like the chairs

Suepafly,

Don't you need to build a riser for the second row of seating anyway? I am a bit confused...

Alright Roman. I'm sold! Put me down for 6 of them!

Email on its way.

Thanks for the answer that 45090 is the only chair left with the chair and half option. I am going to measure the theater to see if I can fit a chair/loveseat/chair set

I am not a big fan of the 35" wide armless piece. You can put two kids in there, but two adults cannot really comfortably sit there. In addition to that if you sit by yourself in that seat you will find that the armrests are spread apart too far, and it is not very comfortable and rather awkward.
2 Years with Berkline's from RSH and still love em! You can see them in the video I just made!
Great deals Roman. Any idea how long the sale will be going? Just starting my build and should be ready in a few weeks. Do you have a showroom in NJ?
Steve,

The power buy is running until end of August as indicated on the Power Buy page .

We have the warehouse in Bridgewater, NJ with 5 Berkline and 3 Private Collection Seating chairs on the floor. Contact me off line for the address if you would like to visit...

FYI: While we have a large inventory, the chairs are sold on first come first serve basis, so I recommend checking with me about availability of the set(s) you are planning to get.
Folks,

We had some problems with the phone lines this morning. They are all working now...

Thanks Roman. I'll start to work on talking my wife into it. How far are you from where 78 & 287 meet?

For some reason I have wanted to try out the 12003, though I can't remember why that one was on the list. Is that the import version of the 90's?
Not too far. It is actually 13B exit on the RT 287 North.

The 12003 is an imported version of the 45094.

The imported version of the 45090 is the 13174.
