this is really the first of my movies that wouldn't even bring up the menue, it just keeps loading forever, anybody else having the same problem ?

Yes (1.3), and all the other Fox Titles work fine....defective disc ??

I can't remember where, but i read there was a FW update coming out Friday for the BD-P1000. You may want to see if it comes out and try it then.
