What is the history of Superbowl sales on projectors like? Are they significant? What can we expect? The Superbowl is coming soon, I just want to be prepared.

Somebody will correct me if I'm wrong.. I don't remember any projector Superbowl sales promotions like you have for RPTVs and flat panels in previous years.

AFter Superbowl is a nightmare for projector returns I'd bet...

Actually be careful with projector returns. Most places (big box retailers) only accept projector returns with a restocking fee, %15 penalty, etc. They treat these different then tv's. Just a heads up.

There are, of course, other places with more liberal policies - some forum sponsors for example - but definitely a different playing field.
