Seems like you can combine DTS with Pro Logic IIx in ES mode. You can mix & match matrix formats with digital surround formats. Why is this allowed? Why would I want DTS + NEO 6 as opposed to DTS ES Matrix etc? Or am I missing something??

I'm very surprised to find the ability to combine a DD matrix with a DTS digital source & visa-versa. Seems like a copyright infringment waiting to happen, no??
