Hey everyone:

I'm using a pair of Inifinity IL40's as my main speakers and an IL36 center channel speaker. I have a pair of Infinity IL10's that I've been using as surrounds, but they are monopole speakers and too bulky to mount and I would prefer smaller dipole/bipole speakers that I can put on a wall.

I'm wanting speakers that are relatively inexpensive, somewhat small & easy to mount, but also do a great job for surround sound. Any suggestions?

I am very happy with the Axiom QS8 "quadpolar" surrounds. It has a unique configuration with two titanium dome tweeters firing 45-degree sideways and two aluminum cone mid-ranges firing downward and upward. They do a wonderful job of compromising between the more focused sound of monopoles and the diffuse ambiance effect of dipoles.

If the US$470 price is an issue, and if your room is not so big, then the smaller QS4 is equally good.
