The PSA is 5" taller than the SVS.

Not so many comparisons between the SB-2000 and XS 15 since the SB-2000 was only very recently released. You'd need to look for comparisons between the SVS SB12-NSD, the previous version of the SB-2000.

Yeah, info is limited.


The stats on them look about the same. Is the box on the PSA more bomb proof? They are known for their very steady boxes. That can only help a sealed design.


On an aside I think the PSA xs30 is the one of the best sealed sub designs out there.

The XS15 is the sealed version of the XV15. It is 4-6db down in the 20-31hz range and 1db less in the 40-63hz. It does not have any eq boost on the low end so it will rely on room gain to lift the bottom end. The SB2000 has eq boost around 20hz, both subs placed in a small room I give the nod to XS15 in output and extension.

Hello Bass.


The new SB2000 have eliminated the low frequency EQ.

Has a slope of naturally fall in a sealed subwoofer.


The old SB12 if I had an EQ boost around 20hz.
