Has anyone had a problem with Swordfish freezing around 35 minutes in or anywhere else? I have the Sony 9000ES and the Pioneer DV-09 and it happens on both players. A friend of mine has a DV-09 and he has replaced the disc 4 times with the same results.

Anyone? Is this going to be like Devil's Advocate? It doesn't freeze on my DVD player in my computer ( hardware encoded ) Although I didn't watch the entire movie again.

Thanks

Thanks

Well, as a Pioneer owner, you know what a fine product they make. The DV-09 and the Sony 9000ES are both great players.

I have approximately 600 DVD's in my collection. This is the only one with a problem.

Let's hear from someone who had a problem.

I had the same problem...pixellated picture, then it skipped backwards, or would freeze up completely.

Exchanged it today, and will check the new copy out.

My friend was lucky on his fourth copy. Sheesh! I don't want to watch it four times just in case it freezes elsewhere.

I'm using a Toshiba SD2150 and haven't seen that problem with Swordfish.
