Hi guys I wonder if you could help. I have a samsung le46c750 tv connected to a samsung bd-d5500 bluray player via hdmi. I have connected the bluray player via optical to my yamaha dsp-ax640se amplifier. I have a lip sync problem when watching blurays via this system it is just slightly out , but oddly not all the time, it can sync and un sync on the same films sometimes. I have tried a few tweaks but can not get it right. Optical out of tv directly is fine on amp but this way I can not get a dts output - it had to be direct from bluray player. Can anyone help , I'm pulling my hair out .

Just to add I have also noticed that when my virgin media box is connected via optical to the amp some hd channels are fine and some are out of sync. So I can't see setting a delay will help. I'm puzzled.
