Tab tension projector screen repair

Does anyone know where I can find replacement tabs for a tab tension projector screen?

From the screen manufacturer, one of its distributors or one of the vendors that sells that brand.

You might be able to repair those your self. Maybe drill a hole through the plastic tab and but in a black wire tie.
