Hi all,

I hope I can find some help here, as phone calls with talktalk customer service is a complete dead end.

I had ADSL broadband from talktalk working until last week, when I switched to their fibre package. I phoned them ahead of time to see if I needed to change router settings for my new service, and they assured me I didn’t need to do anything.

No connection.

A bit of research later, I found that it in fact it needs to be changed to VDSL. I altered it, left the username as my talktalk phone [email protected] with no password.

I can’t get any connection through the router at all. If I plug in the talktalk supplied router then it works.

Does anyone know the required settings to get the DrayTek functioning?
