Tech question about Mits. LT3280, HD4001

Who here, has experience with these two models? I have a chance to pick up the LT3280 for a pretty nice price, but the store says that it CANNOT work without the HD4001, which they have lost, along with the manual, and remote. The Mits has an input in back that says "pc input", so can I use that input from out of my pc? ( the store says that will not work) I also have found a HD4001, HDTV receiver, at another place that I can pick up, but it has no cables, and both places say that you have to use the propietery mits. cable to hook them up, any ideas? On the back of the 4001, there is a HDMI output, and there is a HDMI input on the back of the mits. , any help would be appreciated. ( I have e-mailed Mits. and have not received a response in over a week) Thx in advance.
