Hello everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster. Anyways, I found a Technics SA-DX940 in my apartment dumpster lol. Being the packrat I am I couldn't let it sit there, so i nabbed it. It's in great physical condition, but I've never tried turning it on, due to the lack of a power cable. I found THIS on ebay...just running it across you folks first to see if this is in fact the correct power cable...other than this I can't seem to find one

If it looks like it will fit - it probably will.


Buy it and try it. Or if you or a friend is handy with tools take it apart and wire it up temporarily and see what smokes.


But the clue that it was in a trash can should have told you something. Its where you find trash - most often.
