Hello All,


I brought some green glue from Ted that was a problem with


my order so Teddy personaly came to my house and drop off the green glue.


Talk about great GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We also talk about my Home Theater Plans.


Wow he talk about stuff i never thought of he was very helpful in getting me


started in the right direction.I can not wait to start building using TED great ideas.


I would suggest that very one buy green glue not only because it a great product


but because of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE

....oh, geeze. Now we'll never be able to live with him.





But .... I do have to add, Ted (and buddy Chris Collins) went way over the top in assisting with the Engineered Home Theater Demo this year at CEDIA. Toni Grimani and I were buried with teaching duties and we were short staffed to run the demo. Along comes Ted and Chris to save the day. And Chris of all things, lost his voice ... Chris pushed buttons, Ted did the talking.


A couple of great guys!

I agree Ted and Chris are a couple of the best ! Interesting demo for sure Dennis but my old theater and then your designed new one have me sold on the science.

I have to throw in my 2 cents for Ted too. He went way above the call of duty to help me with my green glue order as well. Audio Alloy has a great product, but even better people!

I heard so many great stories about Ted, when I finally called to place an order and he picked up the phone, I was like, "Wow, THE Ted White?" Funny guy. I like funny.


Some people just need their own national holiday. ;-)

Ted (and Chris) waded into the deepest, darkest parts of Indianapolis late into the night to get me back to my hotel after a CEDIA party. For that I am thankful

Ted has been helpful to me as well recommending local contractors and so forth since we are both from the same area geographically.


Which brings me to wonder, when is he going to have us for a HT meet?
