I just saw a questionnaire on the 1394TA web site where they ask what information you are looking for. I am going to ping them to come over to here to answer a few questions or at least post more information on using FireWire. If you want to contact them, you can find the link on their home page 1394ta.org, click on the scrolling banner that reads "Got a minute?"
