I am looking for comments from AVS members that have tested DVI output from a Radeon 9700 Series (DVI-HDCP compliant) to a RPTV with DVI-D inputs. I am also intrested if you've tried with any other DVI graphics cards.

Specifically:

Any RCA Scenium based RPTV

Any Hitachi SWX or Directors 16x9 Series RPTV

Any Philips Machline Series RPTV

Sony KP-57WS500

Or any other RPTV with DVI input(s)

I particualry interested in timing issues that you may have or have not resolved with a Powerstrip, or if you didn't need to use it because your RPTV sync'ed up correctly. Also need to know about MAX resolutions, progressive and interlaced.

I noticed that there might be some physical cable connection issues. Some DVI-D connectors have no right angles, but DVI ouputs from graphics cards do? Am I imagining this?
