TH-42PX50U And CableCards question...

Bought our first plasma TV and a question..


WE followed the instructions and inserted the cable card, but we can't figure out how to tune in digital channels. The only thing I saw relating to the cable card in the instruction booklet was the setup instructions..


We scanned the channels as well, and nothing..


Any help?

You'll need a call to the cable company help desk to have them make sure your card is properly authorized to the cable system.

Heya,


After I spent more time troubleshooting, I decided to take a look at the cable comapnys website. Seems once a card is authorized for one device, it needs to be authorized for another device by the technician. So, we called them up and they are coming on Monday, so it's back to the set top box for us...


Question though....


What's the best way to clean the dust of a Plasma or LCD screen? I tried lightly using a facecloth, but that didn't work, and I didn't want to apply any preasure to the screen..
