The following is for the TH42PWD7UY, the TH50PHD7UY will be somewhat lower as they are rated 3000:1 contrast ratio vs. the W7's 4000:1 contrast ratio.
No ambient light:
0.09 cd/m2 black level with 380 cd/m2 white peaks yields 4000:1 contrast
With ambient light of 150 Lux
0.09 cd/m2 black level with 380 cd/m2 white peaks yields 180:1 contrast
reflection is 2.0 cd/m2 with new deep black filter glass anti reflection coating
W6 series rated at 160:1 at 150 Lux, W7 series rated at 180:1 at 150 Lux
W7 spec'd as 270:1 at 100 Lux vs. NEC 42" 200: at 100 Lux
H7 series rated at 3000:1 dark and 170:1 at 150 Lux
