I don't believe it does. I posted the same question a week or two ago and nobody had an answer. If you do a side-byside comparison on Panasonic's website between the TH-50PX25U/P and the TH-42PA20U/P, it indicates that the 50PX25U/P does not have 3/2 pulldown while the 42PA20U/P does have it. The non-consumer model apparently does have it. Strange, but apparently true.

The following links all include 3/2 pulldown among the specs of the PX20 ... one would think it would apply to the PX25, too.
