TH-50PZ750U or TH-50PZ700U

First ever HDTV and I hope to pull the trigger tomorrow but I'm looking at these 2 models and would like to have any comments as to which might be a better option:


TH-50PZ750U or TH-50PZ700U


Componets connected include:

1. Cable Box w/TIVO

2. DVD (standard)

3. VCR

4. Pioneer SE-DHP800 Headphones


I see that the 750U has an IR connection in rear but don't know if that's related to my IR Headphones


TV/DVD watching primary use.
