Hi,

I just wanted to say I had a brief but very enjoyable conversation with Mr. Stewart this morning. He was as curteous and willing to lend advice as we've seen here with his posts. I am actually impressed that such a big company has such a personal relationship with the public; I could not believe when Don came to the phone to personally answer my call...And I had not asked to speak to him at all, but to anybody that could provide me with some info on the screen I intend to purchase. Very nice!

Needless to say, I got all I wanted to hear from Don. And it sounds sweeeet indeed! http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif I will be placing my order on Jan 2.

When I got my Studiotek 130 screen with the "shadowbox" frame recently, I didn't realize that I should have ordered it with the Velux material applied. Don came through and sent the strips to me free of charge through the mail. Fantastic service and a great company!
