I was looking through the Japanese Preorder Page and noticed that a few new titles have been added. Most notably Cinderella Man , of course, but also The Cave . I never saw the flick, but I remember it coming out about the same time as The Descent. Anyone seen this flick and can recommend?

I was entertained by the movie, but I wouldn't pay money to actually buy it.

The Cave is absolutely awful. It's as bad as The Descent is good.

Its a popcorn flick. I have a feeling that it will be a good rental for most that might enjoy watching it once . . . once.

It was a pretty decent movie. Not worth paying more than $5 for, but the ending freaking kicks ass, as does the movie's soundtrack.

I agree, it's a decent popcorn flick. Rental material unless it can be found for cheap... being from Japan though that's not gonna happen.

I can recomend you stay away from it.

Get Decent instead.

The HDTV presentation of The Cave was quite nice, so it might be a good looking disc. Anyway the movie is definitely more action minded than The Descent. I would rate it 3/6

Just ordered an insanely overpriced copy of this, I just can't help but love this bad movie. I sure hope the PQ/AQ was worth the hefty price. With my luck Sony will announce it in a couple weeks

I thought it was an enjoyable movie. But then again I only paid a couple dollars for it (on dvd). I'd say only get it if your a fan of Lena Headey and Piper Perabo.

I watched my copy last night, it took me a few trys to get the subtitles off but I got it done and was very pleased with the transfer. Worlds better than the dvd I watched a while back and the majority of the movie inside the cave and under water offers up some very impresive PQ.
