Hey Fellow Theater Builders! My 'Duck and Cover Theater' is 98% done, but I will just show you a step-by-step process (with a series of pics) of what had to be done with a circa 1930's basement.


I call it the 'Duck and Cover' for 2 reasons....1. 6 foot clearence with the beams, and 2. Remember those duck and cover films that kids had to see in the 50ies??? BIG BOOM FACTOR

That looks really well done so far. Reminds me of the michigan basements around here. Low ceiling and always seems to be a pile of dirt. Good use of the space. Look forward to the completed project.

You will love it, mrckonertr......just think of all the RAT TRAPS before that! Keep checking back; I'll have most of the pics up by the end of the day
There's just a few nick-nack things to do on the theater, but you are right, this is DEF. a great use for the space
