Always enjoyed the guilty pleasure of this creature-feature .... excellent makeup courtesy of Stan Winston, and loved Brando's wonderfully wacky performance in the lead role. Just picked it up on Day 1 .... now, where are the reviews

I'm delighted to live in a world where most of the great works from people like John Ford, Howard Hawks, Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Frank Capra, Billy Wilder, Ernst Lubitsch, Frank Borzage, Preston Sturges, Anthonny Mann etc, etc... are not available on Blu-ray, but universally derided crap like The Island of Dr. Moreau is.
