1pm games are up in HD & 5.1.
Not in Jacksonville. Our local CBS affiliate is not showing the game in HD. It is our first chance for those of us with comcast or over the air to watch the Jags in HD, since last weeks Kansas City Game was blacked out here. We have one sorry group running the local station.

Did you call them?

Call the stations 24 hour news line, ask for engineering, and ask them to activate the HD feed.
Ken, Yes, a bunch of us have been calling the Jacksonville station.
Jaguars @ Colts in HD via WHIO-DT Dayton(OTA). As usual, it looks good except during bandwidth demanding portions, due to a local issue likely involving multicasting, bitrate and or their encoder/encoder settings/etc/etc ....
HD up and looking great on KCCI in Des Moines via Mediacom. No 5.1 tho.
Yes, we have called and the news people are saying they are not going to get it to work today, unbelievable. The first HD game for us to watch and they drop the ball. Ken if you know someone in New York have them call Jacksonville, maybe Bob Ross.
If they say it's not going to work, as opposed to just not flipping the switch, there is most likely nothing CBS can do.
Are the 1:00 games only shown in their markets? And what non-HD 1pm games are there?
Jerry, the station engineer is out maybe that is the problem. Yesterday they didn't have any problem with the Alabama - Tennesse in HD. I wonder if they just don't know how to flip the switch.
Wow, at the start of the 4th Quarter with the Colts driving they finally flip the switch. Thanks Ken or Bob Ross for finally getting them to change if you did it.
Jets/Patriots game - watching OTA in Miami. Fantastic PQ and DD5.1 audio.
Does CBS really believe that the little gametrack update thing at the bottom of the screen is adding value? It's a distraction, and I hate it. And it won't go away.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The broadcast never needed this.

Agreed. It's a big distraction.
yes, today Jets Pats game looked really good , specially when compared to Fox HD today...!
Agreed I give this week's CBS coverage the 1 up on Fox. All games looked great.
Geez, my CBS station broadcasts in HD, but the Ravens are never shown in HD. I guess because the AFC Northern is perceived as bad. I'm not a Ravens fan, but I do love to watch football in HD. And I can't get Fox HD because of Sinclair.

Hopefully next year CBS will do like Fox and show all or almost all the games in HD.
