See if they have a 24 hour news line, call that, ask for engineering, and inform them they have not flipped the 'HD switch'.

They said it was brodcast in HD ?Is anyone watching this game in HD ?

I tried the consumer help line and the upcoming events option. one was dead end one was recording.

would they get pissed if i tried the breaking news line?

HD and no surround (DD 2.0 only) in the Quad-Cities....again. Seems to be a bit more crowd noise and on-ice sound than Saturday, tho.

I stayed on the line until it gave me the operator option. But she does not know anything and will direct your call to viewers complaint voice mail.


I also sent an email to : [email protected] in case someone picks it up and pass it to the correct person.
