On my ECP 4500 is the raster bend against right on the top section (20cm). How can i get them straiten out?

try using the green convergence . no. 5 in the convergense menu

This can also be due to the sync switch being in the wrong position, or if you're using RGB, try combining the H and V sync cables and plug the one cable into the H/V connector. You need a BNC 'T' connector to combine the two BNC lines.

I use the Monster S-VHS cabel M2000 HDSV. The convergens menu 5 is not the problem. It is just the top section. The last line on the top

if it is just the very top of the grid that bends over all the way along i think this is normal . it is exactly the same with mine .


i think it is just one of those things

Hi,


if it is "hooking"at the top you may have run the raster size adjustment out to the max. The adjustment is on the green deflection board below the green CRT. It will be labeled " height" adjustment. Adjust this down a bit and see if the hooking goes away. Be careful not to short anything out and wrap the screwdriver shaft with tape.
