Beats me why the release of major movies on DVD aren't markedly different versions of the original release. Sure, put the original release in the package, but be daring and give us a different vision (version) of the movie as well. Lucas could have done it with The Phantom Menance - how about The Devils Advocate with 30 minutes of great deleted scenes! Stigmata gave us a taste with a complete version with a different ending. DVD is for home not the movie theatre so who cares if it's three hours long! DVD is a second chance for directors and studios - why pass it by? Those who do it have my business.

Cheers,

Grant
