The threadcrapping in the software is out of control... ;)
Every time that I go into a thread lately like for "Kong", "The Hulk", or "T 3" etc to read technical details about the releases or how the PQ/AQ is it seems like 1/2 the posters come in simply to bash the films and threadcrap. (which used to be considered bad etiquette and frowned upon...)
It's getting really old when all these armchair film critics have nothing better to do than to waste their (and anyone reading the thread's...) time by trying to show how superior their taste in film is by writing such eloquently phrased and highly enlightening thoughts like,
"THIS FILM SUCKED...!!!"
"IT BORED ME TO TEARS!!"
"I HATED THIS FILM!!"
At LEAST if you are gonna threadcrap be a bit more creative!
Do these posters have such dreadfully boring lives that they have nothing better to do than enter a thread for a film that they don't like and have no intention of purchasing just to start arguments? I would assume that many of the people who read a thread here on a particular title, maybe, you know, LIKE that Film? And then to have other members go off on it is like having to humor that irritating friend who comes over, checks out your DVD collection and then makes fun of the DVDs that you own.

There are threads in the Movies forum devoted to discussing a film's merits, pro and con. This is supposed to be the software thread....

Here's something that's not a rumor. If I don't sell my oppo to help offset the cost of a new HDdvd player, my significant other will hand me my ass for breakfast! Unfortunately I own a TON of PAL and Japanese R2 DVDs and can't part with them. So..... someone needs to get me a new player as a gift!
