I have been using a Samsung 26" LE26R74BDX/XEU for gaming and DVDs for some time. The picture performance is fantastic, no complaints there. However, the default volume is ridiculously low!

I have it on full volume (100/100) when watching DVDs and yet it is still too quiet to hear what is being said. This is really frustrating me and there seems to be no solution other than forking out a lot of money for seperate surround speakers which I don't intend to do. Is there any alternative solution?

I have a Labtec Pulse 475 PC speakers available...could these be used?

Welcome to the forums, but your question would be best asked in the Flat Panel forum. Sounds as a simple audio receiver/amp and external speakers are in order.
