I hate to ask a dumb ?, but when watching football in digital(I still have not seen a game in hd), the yard lines seem to bend here and there, does everyone see this, or do I need a re alignment? On regular ch., be it cable or sat., in sd all lines appear straight. In hd/dig.ota, lines are bendy. Any thoughts or observations would be great.

Sounds like a hardware problem, this topic is moving to that forum.

You need to give us more information so that we can possibly assist you.

What kind of display/monitor are you using?

Where are your Brightness and contrast levels set? This question is specifically for your digital input or is it the same for your regular (cable) input?

Where is your sharpness level set?

its a Sony 61"hs10, with jvc/dish 6000, cable & sat sd hooked up through replay, hd with rgb. Sometimes I notice a roll about 6" from the bottom of screen. Its like a distortion/bend that is not related)I dont think)to bends of straight lines on a football field. I guess I could post a pix?

Does sound like a geometry error. You need to get into the service menu and make sure the gonvergence grid is perfectly straight.
