I've had Theater Tek for 2 or 3 months now and used it a few times. I don't depend on it as I have an SDI modded RP91 I use with H3D.
Recently I lost my old emails due to a computer crash(including original TT activation code). When I bought TT I bought the disk so I could reload if I had problems. I tried to reload and it asked me for an activation code. I've been exchanging email with TT Tech support for 3 days now with no solution in sight. I hate software like this, I've paid for it and can't use it. I'm just glad I don't depend on it. I'm beginning to wish I had never purchased it even though it is a good program.
