I found excellent reviews from TheaterSeatStore on this site. So I decided to order from them. Ultimately on same day of order, I cancelled my order because my wife didn't love the seat I had picked (Bullets). I planned to regroup and purchase another item from TSS...


However Bill has for three weeks now refused to cancel my order. I have had to file complaints with BBB and disputes with PayPal & credit card company for $2656.20.


He has taken me from being a customer who simply wanted to cancel and rebuy to one that will never have a positive thing to say again about his company.

Complaint Descriptiom:

I ordered item on 6/12, told item would ship 6/28. My wife didn't like design, I cancelled order 6/12. Same day with Bill. Bill and I have played phone tag. He has left messages indicating he knows the customer service people I spoke to told him I wanted it cancelled. Yet he apparently wants to talk to me and we haven't been able to connect (I have been moving from MN to FL the last 6 days). He has left VM on my phone indicating he knows I want order cancelled. Why he hasn't processed the cancellation is beyond me.


Your Desired Resolution:

If he had cancelled my order, we would have looked at a replacement piece and had items shipped already. But his attitude and lack of honoring our request has resulted in me disputing this charge with BBB, PayPal, and my credit card company.


This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.

I ended up using him, spent about $1000 more to get a 7 seat 12006 Berkline about a week after my TSS issue. Roman was fantastic to work with, and item showed up on time in amazing condition.

I had some difficulty with my order and a customer service rep as well. Have you asked to speak with a manager? It sounds like maybe you need to move on from Bill. I spoke with Eric T. and found him to be most helpful. He resolved my problems quickly. PM me if you would like his contact information.

Is it sad I'm glad I'm not the only one!


Well the BBB is involved now (I hope they ding the rating for TTS). Cit already put my $ back to my card with the dispute. Just frustrating. Waiting to see how PayPal handles this too..

BBB is, IMHO completely useless... I have had the necessity to use them on two occasions. They actually do absolutely nothing but mediate. Thay have no power whatsoever. All that needs to happen on the business' end is to have someone update the file regularly with their side of the argument...
