I'm about to order one and I have contacted Lutron. Big differences that I can see from these and the 310x models are;
1) expandability
2) lights it will control
3) 8 scenes (240x) vs. 16 scenes (310x) - per Lutron (requires IR Remote)
4) fade time adjustments
Since I'm only doing norml lights (no fancy LV or other lights), I'm leaning towards the 240x model. 8 scenes is plenty for me. The big kicker is the adjustable fade times. This seems cool, but is it worth $160? I'm leaning towards no!
Any other thoughts for those of you who have the 240x models? Thanks, Chad
