With three dishes extant, the rear of my house now resembles a NSA listening post.

I took advantage of the situation and purchased a 30" dish (starkelectronic.com $49 plus mucho freight) for the 101° satellite and reconfigured the former 101° dish for 110°. So far, all is well. (Knock wood)

NOTE: The installer tested the Channel Master Sat C LNB on his meter and, after getting a zero reading, declared it DOA. I insisted that we try it in action and, lo and behold, it worked just fine. Apparently, it is not compatible with the standard LNB test meter.

I included that experience in the post as a caution to others who might receive the same misinformation from an installer.
