Guys I just bought meself a Panasonic G15 and I can't believe how yellow THX setting is. It's like I'm back in China!?!? And on top of that I get a green line on the right side of the screen. Do I need glasses or what? whats wrong with the picture?

Thanks for your time.

Yeah I set my thx from warm2 to warm1 and it's a lot better.

Also the green line is probably from watching cable tv, which set their material w/ overscan in mind. You would have the change the H size or use a different setting.

Green line could aslo be caused by hdmi handshake issue.

Remember too, that practically every tv on a showroom will have a very heavy blue push (or tint) to its picture. If you've been shopping for tvs for a while in brick and mortar showrooms, this blue-white may have started to look normal to you, when in fact, it's not.

It's due to the Dynamic/Vivid mode they come preset on from the factory. It's jacked up to grab your attention in the store, but it's not a natural looking image by any stretch.

By way of contrast, the THX mode on the new Pannys ARE much closer to the 6500K standard.
