I'm trying to look for a small case with one expansion slot for use as an HTPC. I'm planning on pairing it with either a Zotac GF9300-D-E or the Pegatron IPX7A-ION330 and a Hauppauge HVR-2250 with Windows 7 as OS.

Unfortunately, I don't seem to be having much luck finding one. Dimensions should be within 4" height x 10" width x 10" depth. It doesn't need to have an optical drive. Hard drive can be 2.5" or 3.5" though 3.5" is preferred.

On another note I'm also planning on cramming a GF9300-D-E in a Mini-Box M350 case.

PicoPSU 90W

Zotac GF9300-D-E

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6300

stock HSF

2.5" 5400RPM 500GB

Assuming ambient temperature ranging from 22~32C (SoCal weather), what temps am I looking at on this build? Is safe to cram desktop parts into such a small enclosure?
