I just bought TMT3 HD this past weekend, For some reason I cannot get sound out of the BD for "Push". I get an info message "one or more feature(s) not available 1. DTS HD Decoder" and no sound. I look at the info and see that it says the audo is DTS 1500kps. Can anyone help with this? I posted at Arcsofts forum and emailed their customer service last night but after 12 hours I haven't heard from them.

Thanks in advance.

S/PDIF coax.

I recieved a reply from Jason over at ArcSoft that said TMT3 Gold didnt support BD at all, which is kind of odd since I watched BD's (ISO's) of 'Defiance' and 'The International' through TMT3. But I just upgraded to Platinum and hopefully that will cure the issue. I really should move on to something other than the onboard audio on my p5k pro I guess. I just thought that s/pdif would be digital and let the AV unit deal with the audio.

Thanks for the reply though.

Unless you plan on purchasing an ASUS XONAR HDAV and own a receiver that supports DTS MA and TrueHD, then you have no reason to change your sound card. The Xonar is one of the only sound cards that won't down sample your TrueHD and DTS-MA audio without having to transcode the audio to FLAC in a MKV container. Every other sound card would sound the same, as they just pass the digital audio signal to your receiver to decode. The reason DTS MA wouldn't work with TMT3 Gold is because DTS MA can not be passed through your SPDIF and TMT3 has to decode the DTS MA into regular DTS. The Gold version doesn't come with the DTS MA decoder.

TMT3 Gold probably worked with the BD ISOs because their encryption was removed when they were transferred to ISO so all you needed was a mpeg4/h264, etc decoder.
