Check your XBMC settings for video output under System -> System -> Video Output. The only way I could ever get TMT to launch is to set XBMC to "use fullscreen window rather than true fullscreen"

tmt5 does not work with Xbmc.

try TMT3

I have TMT5 and XBMC and they work fine together as long as you use the fix I suggested. Perhaps you could define "does not work" more specifically?

there are hundred of posts about this in XBMC`s thread.

nobody managed to make TMT5 to work properly,

and when i am saying properly i mean

to open the bd folder, to bistream, to play it till the end and exit back to xbmc`s libraries.

Thanks for the clarification. I only use TMT to play BluRay discs, not images. For discs TMT5 works fine with the external playercore settings. The OP wasn't clear on what he was trying to play, so it appears both answers are correct. Only one of them my be useful based on the OP's needs.
I'm trying to play BDMV folder from XBMC using TMT5 but it's not working. TMT3 is fine
